MANILA, Philippines – Get ready for a The Notebook sequel – starring Ryan Reynolds and “Conan McAdams!”

In a hilarious spoof on Conan, published on YouTube on Wednesday, November 2, Conan O’Brien and Ryan Reynolds locked lips in the rain, just like Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams’ characters in The Notebook.

Conan was dressed as Allie (Rachel) in a blue dress and pearls, and delivered her famous lines too: “Why? Why didn’t you write me? It wasn’t over for me. I waited for you for 7 years! And now it’s too late!”

On cue, an equally devastated Ryan as Noah (Ryan Gosling) responds, “I wrote you 365 letters.”

Of course, their stellar performance finished with a passionate kiss, complete with hands caressing each other’s faces and running through each other’s hair.

Ryan Gosling and Rachel’s kiss was an iconic scene in The Notebook, which earned them Best Kiss in the 2005 MTV Movie Awards.

Like their onscreen kiss, Ryan Gosling and Rachel’s acceptance of the said award was iconic as well.
