Jona Soquite wins ‘The Voice Teens PH’

MANILA, Philippines – Jona Soquite is the first winner of The Voice Teens Philippines.

Jona, who is on team Sarah, beat out Team Bamboo’s Isabela Vinzon, Team Lea’s Mica Becerro, and Team Sharon’s  Jeremy Glinoga, with 44.78 percent of the votes. Here is the full list of the final 4 contestants’ scores: 

• Jona – 44.78%
• Isabela – 22.42%
• Mica – 17.79%
• Jeremy – 15.01%

The final scores were tabulated from two days of voting. The first voting period was held after the first two rounds of the Grand Finals on Saturday, July 29. The second was held after the 3rd round on Sunday, July 30. 

As the winner, Jona received a fashion package, a business package, a dental service package, P1 million cash, a P1 million trust fund, a P2 million life insurance plan, and a brand new house and lot.

Jona was announced the winner on Sunday, July 30, after the last round of the Grand Finals. The first part of the Grand finals was held on Saturday, where the final 4 sang two songs each. – Rappler.com
