Where is Ellen Adarna’s public apology?

MANILA, Philippines – Ellen Adarna has yet to issue a public apology to the teenage girl she took a video of and tagged as a paparazzi at a ramen restaurant on May 4.

The mom of the teen, Myrna Abo Santos, wrote an open letter to Ellen on May 7, demanding a public apology for her daughter from Ellen within 5 days.

There has been no public apology yet from Ellen’s side, though the actress was recently online to post an Instagram story with her dog.

There is no word from Ellen or the teen’s mom if the actress has responded privately, though in her letter, the mom said that they would take legal action if Ellen fails to respond within the given time.

“My lawyer indicates that you will have 5 days to reply to this letter. Should you fail or refuse to do so, we will not hesitate to take the appropriate legal actions necessary under the circumstances, to protect and uphold the best interest and welfare of our 17-year-old, Eleila A. Santos,” she said.

Ellen took a video of Eleila at a ramen restaurant in Makati, and then posted it to her Instagram stories and accused the girl of secretly taking her video.

“When you PAP us We PAP you. Its a tie #PAParazziMoves,” she said.

Eleila responded on Twitter, saying she was only trying to take a video of her food and the restaurant’s interiors. She also said she didn’t know that Ellen was there, or even who Ellen was.

“Lastly, I dont know who ellen adarna is and whatever running issue is going on with her life,” Eleila said in a tweet. – Rappler.com
