MANILA, Philippines – Policeman and Mr International 2014 Neil Perez is now under observation in a hospital after figuring in a motorcycle accident Friday morning, June 1.

According to a Facebook update from Jonas Gaffud, Neil, Mariano Perez Flormata Jr in real life, is recovering at the Metropolitan Medical Center in Manila.

“Update on Neil Perez: so far he is okay, able to talk already. He will be admitted and under observation for 48 hours. But CT scan shows his brain is okay. We are just waiting for the ENT Specialist for a fracture sa face but hopefully will have some more good news that he won’t have to undergo surgery,” Jonas said. Neil is under Jonas’ Empire Ph talents.

Specific details of the accident were not disclosed.
