Cristalle Belo Henares’ baby moves out of NICU

MANILA, Philippines – Cristalle Belo Henares’ son with husband Justin Pitt is moving out of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) after staying there for 18 days.

The infant was born prematurely at 33 weeks, and needed time for his lungs to develop properly, Cristalle said earlier.

The new mom thanked her doctors as she shared on Instagram that her son, Hunter James, is finally rooming in with them at the hospital.

After 18 days in NICU, my baby is finally rooming in with us it’s the halfway house between NICU and home so we’re definitely one step closer thank you to Drs. @ayenuguid, @martinpmanahanmd, @terrigirl_md, #DraMartinez and all the amazing doctors and staff that held our hand through this journey. It was such an emotional roller coaster but I now know what it’s like to stand for someone you love- we literally all fought for his life. Now you’re in my arms, you are never leaving my side! We love you so much #HunterJamesPitt… and we’re happy you’re here now to join our little family

“It’s the halfway house between NICU and home so we’re definitely one step closer,” Cristalle wrote in the caption.

“It was such an emotional roller coaster but I now know what it’s like to stand for someone you love- we literally all fought for his life,” Cristalle added.
