MANILA, Philippines – The Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences, Inc. (FAMAS) held the 62nd FAMAS Awards Ceremony on Sunday night, July 13 at the Solaire Resort and Casino.
Erik Matti’s On The Job scored the Best Film and Best Director Award, while ER Ejercito and KC Concepcion won Best Actor and Best Actress for the movie Boy Golden: Shoot To Kill.
Bela Padilla won Best Supporting Actress for the movie 10,000 Hours while Pen Medina took the award for Best Supporting Actor for the same movie.

One of the highlights of the evening was when Piolo Pascual was presented with the Fernando Poe Jr. Memorial Award. He was given a tribute by singer Christian Bautista, with a surprise interview from his son Inigo.
