Visit 'Tower 69,' where hunks work and play, and 'debriefing' means another thing entirely. Some photos are NSFW!

MANILA, Philippines – Audiences, known for the night as “employees” of Cosmo Tower 69, delighted in a visual treat from Cosmopolitan magazine’s featured hunks walking down the long runway at this year’s Bachelor Bash at the World Trade Center on September 24.

Here are more photos from the event:

With last year’s theme being Cosmo University, the hunks featured in this year’s CosmoMen supplement have graduated in 2014 to work at Tower 69, the office where dull moments number exactly zero.

The first batch of models came out relatively covered up in preppy attire, as if appearing for a qualifying test or job interview. After posing in the middle of the runway, the men lined up on either side, facing the hordes of screaming women.

During batch two’s walk, fans saw more shirtless action as the boys came out in shirts and jackets left unzipped, with many not wearing anything underneath. (READ: Exploring ‘Tower 69’: 12 Cosmo hunks to watch for)

“You are hired!” shouted the host, and to fans’ delight, the men started taking their tops off on the runway, later high-fiving fans.

Dancers in security guard outfits then took over the stage, at one point inviting ladies from the crowd to dance with them – then, they promptly took their pants off.

One of the surprises of the night came when Misters of the Philippines winner, model cop Neil Perez, walked the runway in tight black underwear, flashlight dangling from his briefs. (See photos from the male pageant coronation night here.)

At one point, “trainees” (or hunks dressed in casual wear) came out to be “debriefed” by ladies from the audience, who gleefully helped the guys out of their clothes.

“Take it off! Take it off! Take it off!” cried the crowd.

PBB: All In winner Daniel Matsunaga, a Cosmo favorite, also made an appearance, to resounding cheers from fans, particularly when he threw his shirt to the crowd.

Mimicking a work-from-home setting, guys in colorful shirts typing away at their laptops later stood up to remove their shirts, emerging in undies in various colors.

Markki Stroem led a group of topless guys wearing hard hats out onstage, and later performed a quick routine with a tool resembling a fire extinguisher.

Next came guys in blazers, boxers and socks.

John Spainhour, previously seen carrying Ellen Adarna off in the Bench Naked Truth show, also made an appearance.

But the evening would not be complete without Tower 69’s “Executive Board,” or the leading men featured in the centerfolds, who took solo turns on the catwalk.

They even had their own titles, such as CEO (Paulo Avelino, of course) and Director of Internal Affairs (Geoff Eigenmann). View the photos of the executive board here.

All the guys took one last walk as the evening ended with a bang – though fans, of course, wanted more. – Rappler.com
