Hayden Kho happy about Katrina Halili-Vicki Belo reconciliation

MANILA, Philippines – It’s apparently all water under the bridge between actress Katrina Halili and cosmetic surgeon Dr Vicki Belo, as they have reportedly reconciled, and newly reinstated Dr Hayden Kho was only too happy upon hearing the news.

“Kung totoo man ‘yan, e, di masaya ako.”

(If that news is true, then I’m happy.)

The doctor, in an interview with Pep, also wished for closure between him and Katrina. “Sana magkaroon kami ng pagkakataon na maisarado na yung isyu na ‘to between the two of us.”

(“I wish we could have a chance to close this issue between the two of us.”)

He also wanted Dr. Vicki Belo to be part of that closure. “Malamang kasama si Vicks [Dra. Vicki Belo] para malinis lang lahat.”

The reconciliation happened at Dingdong and Marian’s wedding on December 30, 2014. Katrina was one of those present, as her daughter Katrence was one of the flower girls. 

In an interview with Pep, Katrina said,”‘Pagkatapos ng entourage, nag-hi ako kay [TV5’s Head of Entertainment] Ma’am Wilma Galvante. Tapos katabi niya si Dra. Belo, nag-hi ako. ‘Hello po, happy new year,’ gumanun ako. “Sabi niya, ‘Hi Kat, you look great!’”

(After the entourage finished, I said hi to [TV5’s Head of Entertainment] Wilma Galvante. And Doctor Belo was beside her, so I said hi. ‘Hi, happy new year,’ I said. To which she replied, ‘Hi Kat, you look great!’)

“’Thank you po,’ sabi ko. “’Anak mo?’ sabi niya. “’Yes,’ sabi ko. “‘Ang cute,’ sabi niya.”

(“‘Thank you,’ I said. ‘Is this your daughter?’ she asked. ‘Yes.’ I replied. ‘So cute,’ she said.”)

Hayden first came under fire when a sex tape with Katrina went viral in 2009, as did another sex tape between him and actress Maricar Reyes. His medical license was also revoked, but he was recently reinstated. Dra. Vicki Belo and his relationship faltered due to the incidents, but according to Hayden in a report from ABS-CBN, they are now “very very good friends.” – Rappler.com
