Kris Aquino to star in movie with ex Herbert Bautista
MANILA, Philippines – A year after breaking up with Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista, Kris Aquino announced that she will be starring in a movie with her ex.
In a post on Instagram, Friday, May 15, she said:
"It's happening. A Star Cinema movie for Mayor HB & me to be directed by @tonet_jadaone. #leapofFAITH. Thank You @starcinema, Inang Olive & tita@malousantos03 for this opportunity! #onceinalifetime," she wrote.
Antoinette Jadaone, who directed successful romantic films like That Thing Called Tadhana and the more recent You're My Boss, will be at the helm of the project. (READ: Antoinette Jadaone and the romantic road to 'That Thing Called Tadhana')
Kris recently talked about her relationship with Herbert in a detailed blog post in February, where she admitted that he proposed to her a week before they broke up.
The pair started dating after Herbert asked Kris’ brother President Benigno Aquino III for his approval. But later on, she said that she and Herbert were no longer dating, though they remained friends. – Rappler.com
