Minimalism is definitely not the name of the game at the Miss Universe national costume competition
MANILA, Philippines – The Miss Universe pageant formally started its pre-pageant competition on Monday, December 10 with the national costume show held in Pattaya, Thailand.
While many praised the country’s bet Catriona Gray for going outside of the box with her costume representing Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, it wasn’t the only costume that got the audience talking. (IN PHOTOS: Miss Universe 2018 national costumes)
