MANILA, Philippines – The 2013 Miss Universe Preliminary Competition takes place at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia on November 5, at 8 pm, Moscow time. It will be hosted by reigning Miss Universe Olivia Culpo.

86 candidates from around the world will compete in the Evening Gown and Swimwear competition.
Miss Philippines Ariella Arida will reportedly wear an Alfredo Barazza creation. Barazza also designed her national costume.

The coronation night will be on November 9, at 8 pm, Moscow time (November 10, at 2 am, Philippine time).
The 2013 Miss Universe Official Fan Vote is ongoing until November 8. The winner will automatically be included in the semi-finals. (To vote for Ariella Arida, click here.)
