Cebuana Jamie Herrell talks about her Miss Earth 2014 win
What's the next order of business for the Philippines' Jamie Herrell?
MANILA, Philippines – Newly crowned Miss Earth 2014 Jamie Herrell said that she  was shocked and did not expect to win the crown.

“All of the girls were so competitive. And they were all nice. They really put up a strong fight. It was something that I was hoping for but it something I was not expecting,” she said after the coronation night at the UP Theatre in Diliman, Quezon City, Saturday, November 29.

According to Jamie, while she is savoring the moment, a nice meal is the first order of business.

“Honestly I am planning to eat tomorrow because I am really hungry,” she joked.

“But most of all I am really going to enjoy it. The main thing I am going to do is to talk to the reigning queens of Miss Earth and reigning Miss Philippines Earth Queens and figure out a worldwide project that can help the environment.” (READ: Jamie Herrell goes back to basics for the environment)
