The Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc (BPCI) announced on Friday, June 11, the lineup of events for this year’s Binibining Pilipinas 2021 season.
In a virtual press conference, the BPCI said that the Binibining Pilipinas 2021 coronation night will be held remotely on Sunday, July 11, at the Araneta Center. The program will be simultaneously aired on the A2Z channel and on the Binibining Pilipinas YouTube channel.
The swimsuit presentation of the 34 candidates will be streamed on June 18 via the BBP YouTube and Facebook pages, while the national costume segment will be aired on June 27 on the same platforms.
On June 12, BBP will be releasing national costume teaser clips for each candidate on their TikTok channel, where the public can start voting for their best bets to make it to the top 10 in national costume. It will also be available to stream on their YouTube channel starting 7 pm.
Fans can vote by liking their favorite TikTok video or through the Binibining Pilipinas website.
The BBP 2021 primer, which will feature behind-the-scenes footage of the candidates, will premiere on July 9 exclusively on BBP’s online channels.
A BBP mobile app is also coming soon, where fans can vote, read up on past year’s candidates, and buy exclusive merchandise, such as shirts, caps, and props.
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2016 Nicole Cordoves will be hosting this year’s Binibining Pilipinas 2021 coronaton night.
The Binibining Pilipinas 2021 grand coronation night was rescheduled to July after several postponements. It was originally meant to be held in 2020, but was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The pageant will award 4 crowns: Binibining Pilipinas International, Binibining Pilipinas Grand International, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental, and Binibining Pilipinas Globe. The winners of each title will go on to represent the country in their respective international pageants. – Rappler.com
