MANILA, Philippines – The Grammy winners have been named, but who won at the red carpet?

Here are the best picks of the night:


Beyonce – one of the favorites to take home several prizes, with 6 nominations – sashayed in a Proenza Schouler sheer black gown with a deep V neckline and long sleeves.

Pop princess Katy Perry, fresh off her well-received Super Bowl halftime show, rocked a sheer, white-silvery backless Zuhair Murad dress studded with crystals – and purple hair.

Nicki Minaj

Rapper Nicki Minaj, up for two awards, left little to the imagination in a black Tom Ford gown that was cut down to her bellybutton in a wide V and hugged her hips.

Gwen Stefani stunned in this black Versace jumpsuit. The singer performed with fellow The Voice coach Adam Levine.  

Taylor Swift

Singer Rihanna balanced both sweet and edgy in this pink, poufy number by Giambattista Valli.

Charli XCX, well known for collaborating with Iggy Azalea on the hit "Fancy," worked a white suit from Moschino, but gave it a girly twist with a pink bow tie.

Australian rapper Iggy Azalea also added a pop of color to the proceedings, in a royal blue figure-hugging Armani gown, with her blonde hair braided in a crown around her head.

The guys didn't disappoint, either.

"It's very, very surreal," British singer Sam Smith – kitted out in white tie – told E! television when asked about his meteoric rise. 

Several of music's top male stars went for shades of gray.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen

John Legend opted for a gray Dolce & Gabbana suit with no tie.

His wife, model Chrissy Teigen, was sultry in a white Gucci gown with strategic cut-outs snaking around the curves he sings about in his hit love song "All of Me" – nominated for best pop solo performance.
