Netflix teased on Thursday, February 25, its upcoming comedy series So Not Worth It with stills that give a peek into the adventures of its cast.

The streaming giant unveiled the stills during What’s Next Korea, an online event that put a spotlight on its slate of shows and movies from South Korea.

So Not Worth It, first announced in September 2020, is a sitcom that follows students from different cultural backgrounds who live in a college dorm.

It’s helmed by Korean sitcom bigwig Kwon Ik-joon, who’s behind shows like Three Guys And Three Girls and Nonstop, and veteran producer Kim Jung-sik. Leading the show’s script are Seo Eun-jung and Baik Ji-hyun.

The cast includes Park Se-wan (Just DanceSchool 2017Never Twice) who’ll play her namesake character who is the resident advisor of the dorm; Shin Hyeon-seung as Jamie, a mysterious newcomer with a secret; Choi Young-jae boy group GOT7 as Sam, the son of an Australia-based CEO; Minnie of girl group (G)I-DLE as a Thai student with a penchant for K-drama; Han Hyun-min as his namesake character who wants to live in the dorm to avoid a hours-long daily commute.

Netflix has yet to announce a release date for the sitcom. – Rappler.com
