Kyle Echarri, “Ang Golden Son ng Cebu,” was evicted from Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10 on Saturday, November 27.

The 18-year-old actor received the lowest combined save and evict votes among the three nominees, garnering only a total of 22.25% in the final tally. He’s the fourth celebrity housemate from this PBB edition to be evicted.

Kyle was nominated alongside singer Anji Salvacion, who received 30.03% votes in the final tally, and actress Alexa Ilacad, who received 27.98%.

After leaving the PBB house, Kyle said in his first interview as an ex-housemate that he’s grateful for the whole experience, especially getting the chance to meet and form a bond with his fellow housemates.

“Every single person in that house is very deserving (of their spot). Mahal na mahal ko po silang lahat (I love them all). I’m so proud of them. I was ready to face the outside world. I’m so happy for Alexa and Anji to stay. Tanggap ko ‘yung nangyari sa akin ngayong gabi (I accept what happened tonight). I’m super excited for what the outside world has in store for me,” he said.

Kyle started his showbiz career when he joined The Voice Kids in 2015, where he finished as part of the Top 6 under coach Sarah Geronimo’s team. His biggest break came on the hit afternoon series Kadenang Ginto.

Aside from Kadenang Ginto, the singer-actor also appeared in television series On The Wings of Love, Huwag Kang Mangamba, and Click, Like, and Share, and the movie Silly Red Shoes.

On Sunday, November 28, the reality show is set to announce its fifth week of nominees.

The current season is the 16th edition of the show. It sees celebrities, ranging from established actors, social media influencers, athletes, and rising personalities, living together in one house. – Rappler.com
