LIST: GMA’s lineup of shows for 2021

GMA announced its lineup of shows for 2021 during the Kapuso Countdown to 2021 last December 31.

Some of its shows from 2020 will resume airing in January 2021 after finishing lockdown taping. For its afternoon primetime lineup, the shows are:

• Magkaagaw – starring Sunshine Dizon, Sheryl Cruz, Klea Pineda, and Jeric Gonzales. The show temporarily stopped taping due to the pandemic. Airing of the show resumes on January 18.
• Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat – starring John Estrada, Carmina Villaroel, and Tanya Garcia
• Ang Dalawang Ikaw – starring Rita Daniela and Ken Chan, scheduled for the first quarter of 2021
• Nagbabagang Luha – starring Glaiza de Castro, Rayver Cruz, and Mike Tan
• Artikulo 247
• Las Hermanas
• Little Princess

Senator Bong Revilla’s show Agimat ng Agila is part of GMA’s weekend lineup.

For its reality programming, The Clash season 4 is in the works. Centerstage, hosted by Alden Richards, is also returning on television.

Catch Me Out Philippines will be hosted by Kakai Bautista, Jose Manalo, and Derrick Monasterio, while husband and wife tandem Mikael Daez and Megan Young will be hosting Sing for Hearts.

For GMA News TV, the shows are:

• The Lost Recipe – starring Mikee Quintos and Kelvin Miranda
• Flex
• My Fantastic Pag-Ibig
• Heartful Cafe – starring Julie Ann San Jose and Dave Lichauco
• Love You Stranger – starring Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos
• Game of the Gens – hosted by Sef Cadayona and Andre Paras

For the Asianovelas, GMA acquired the following:

• Bad Genius the series
• The Gifted
• The Sand Princess
• My Husband in Law
• The Romantic Doctor 2
• Backstreet Rookie
• Doctor John
• Penthouse
• Fates and Furies

The Michael V and Dawn Zulueta film Family History, Jowable starring Kim Molina, Hindi Tayo Pwede, and Mindanao, directed by Brillante Mendoza are some of the films GMA has acquired and will be screening on free television. A number of international films will also be shown on GMA.

For its evening primetime lineup, the following are:

• Anak ni Waray vs Anak ni Biday – will resume airing this January
• First Yaya – starring Sanya Lopez and Gabbi Concepcion
• Legal Wives – starring Dennis Trillo, Alice Dixson, Bianca Umali, and Andrea Torres
• Owe My Love – starring Benjamin Alves and Lovi Poe
• Lolong – starring Ruru Madrid and Shaira Diaz
• I Left My Heart in Sorsogon – starring Heart Evangelista
• I Can See You, all new stories
• To Have To Hold
• World Between Us
