‘The Boy Foretold by the Stars’ will ‘continue’ as limited series

The Boy Foretold by the Stars, an entry to the 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), has been green lit ABS-CBN, this time as a limited series.

Dreamscape Entertainment, one of ABS-CBN’s divisions, made the announcement on Tuesday, February 2.

“The love story of Luke and Dominic continues! The Boy Foretold by the Stars The Series starring [Adrian Lindayag] and [Keann Johnsonn], directed by [Dollie Dulu] coming soon!” said Dreamscape in a tweet.

The series will be produced by ABS-CBN, Clever Minds Inc., and Dreamscape Entertainment. No other details about the series has been released.

The Boy Foretold by the Stars is a romantic, coming-of-age comedy that follows two high school boys who find each other during a school retreat. It was nominated for several awards during the MMFF and won 2nd best picture. – Rappler.com
