MANILA, Philippines – Nature’s finest makes its awe-inspiring debut on Netflix with Our Planet, the streaming giant’s newest nature documentary series featuring never-before-seen stunning footage of the most incredible wildlife in their natural habitats, premiering on April 5, 2019.

From the creator of Planet Earth, this 8-part documentary series not only showcases the Earth at its most beautiful and purest state, but also includes planet conservation tips for viewers and behind-the-scenes content.

Narrators for the series include Sir David Attenborough and local narrators in 10 languages, including Spanish language narrators Peneleope Cruz and Salma Hayek for Latin America.

The project took 4 years to finish, filming in 50 countries all over the world with over 600 crew members, focusing on rare species and diverse lands – from the Arctic wilderness, frozen worlds, deep oceans, Africa’s landscapes, and to South America’s jungles, among many others.
