Sex Education season 3 is coming, thank goodness

MANILA, Philippines – Sex Education – the crazy teen comedy-drama that has turned all other teen comedy-dramas on their heads – has been greenlit for season 3, and thank goodness.

Season 2, which premiered on Netflix on January 17, ended with several cliffhangers involving some of the show’s most beloved characters – so it’s a relief that a third season is coming to answer viewers’ most burning questions.

Season 3 was announced in a social video posted on Netflix’s Facebook account. In the video, Alison Petrie, who plays stern school headmaster Principal Groff, shows a series of paintings of each of the main characters: Maeve, Otis, Adam, Eric, Ola, Lily, Aimee, Jackson, and Dr. Jean.

At the end of the video, he shows the “pièce de résistance,” a painting of Eric and Adam. “I wonder what is in store for these two cherubs? Well, I suppose you’ll have to find out in season 3 won’t you,” he says.
