MANILA, Philippines – Fans were treated to basketball action and some comedy antics during #Fastbreak2, a charity game for the victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) on Saturday, November 30, at the Blue Eagle Gym in Quezon City.

Action was halted early as Gilas player Matt Ganuelas broke the rim finishing a dunk off a Nico Elorde lob pass with less than 2 minutes into the game.

Event organizer and Ateneo Blue Eagles star Kiefer Ravena along with teammate Chris Newsome performed for the fans while the rim was being repaired.

When the game resumed, comedian Jose Manalo quickly took the spotlight, posing as a “playing referee” and calling a foul on his plays.

Apart from celebrities Billy Crawford, Vhong Navarro, Xian Lim, and Cesar Montano, also in attendance were volleyball stars Michelle Gumabao, Rachel Anne Daquis, and Gretchen Ho.
