In 2007, the persistent Filipino-Iranian learned about the value of time when he narrowly slipped into the cast of Pinoy Big Brother after showing up late to auditions.
You can always lose money and gain it back; but time, once you lose it, it’s gone forever.

Having since transitioned out of entertainment, Kian is now the proud owner of Persia Grill and Kite Kebab Bar branches spread throughout Makati. Kian’s entrepreneurial drive developed while he grew up watching his family’s several small businesses both rise and decline. He fondly recounts his colorful life story now as a motivational speaker for college students and companies.
In the formative year that was 2020, Kian got married and began to expand his family’s businesses into completely new industries like real estate. An ode to his hard-working immigrant father, his brand new K Residences is scheduled to open in Makati in 2021.
