LOOK: Samantha Lo's national costume for Miss Grand International 2019
MANILA, Philippines — Samantha Lo, the country's representative to Miss Grand International 2019, wowed during the national costume competition in Caracas, Venezuela on Monday, October 21.
Samantha wore a Tausug-inspired national costume designed by Edwin Uy. According to Samantha, it was the same costume she wore during Binibining Pilipinas but with some tweaks. She said the original costume she was supposed to wear is still stuck in Paris, where some of her luggage is still in. She will still be showcasing the costume after she returns from the pageant.
