McDonald’s offers free fries – here’s how to get it

MANILA, Philippines – Fancy some warm and crispy French fries? What if there was a chance to get it for free?

In celebration of the 2016 Games, McDonald’s is giving out the chance for customers to get free medium fries with the use of their McDelivery app. You just have to pass the “torch.”

The mechanics are as follows, as indicated in a press release:

1. Download the McDo PH App from the App Store (for iOS users) or Play Store (for Android users).

2. For new users, use the code “McTorch” after registering to receive a free Medium Fries coupon.

3. For existing users, click the McTorch feature. Choose and share an image to encourage your friends to support our Filipino athletes. Each image will come with your own unique code. 

When a friend uses your code, you will get a push notification and an e-mail confirming that you have received a free Medium Fries coupon.

4. Use the McDelivery feature on your McDo PH App to redeem the fries!

If your friend gets a McTorch promo code, unfortunately, that can’t be use more than once.

The free medium fries can be redeemed even without any additional purchases, but the delivery charge of P40 still applies with no minimum purchase requirement.

The promo runs until September 5, while coupons may be redeemed until November 3. More details are indicated on the McDonald’s website. – Rappler.com
