MANILA, Philippines – Karan Singhdole, the country’s representative to the Man of the Year 2016 pageant, won the title on Saturday, August 20 at the Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru in Indonesia.
The news was confirmed by Prime Event Productions Philippines Foundation, Inc. (PEPPS Foundation) president Carlo Morris Galang on Facebook.
“Congratulations Karan Singhdole Man of the Year 2016!!!” he said.
According to Missosology, other winners include 1st runner-up Mister Lebanon Tarek Moaykel, 2nd runner-up Mister Netherlands Tim Bertrams, 3rd runner-up Mister Vietnam Trịnh Xuân Nhản and 4th runner-up Mister Indonesia, Meirizal Rifa’i.
According to a report from The Standard, Karan, who is of Indian descent, is a model and a Hotel and Restaurant Management student from Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Karan was one of the finalists in last year’s Misters ng Filipinas 2015. He was later awarded the title of Man of The Year. – Rappler.com
