Filipino celebrities, especially, try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and balanced life – a feat considering the grueling hours they spend on set and in tapings. Luckily for us, a bunch of them have obliged fans and followers by sharing their exercise routine and tips on their social media accounts. (READ: 8 fitness tips from the stars)

Anne Curtis

Anne Curtis has turned into a go-to for a handful of things, including fitness tips. The TV host and entertainer is often seen exercising with her friends, including Isabelle Daza. Most recently, Anne has been sharing short videos of her exercise routine with trainer Arnold Aninion.





Isabelle Daza

Fitness has been central to Belle’s life, even when she was a teen. After giving birth to her son Baltazar aka Baltie last year, Belle recorded her journey and admitted that she had a hard time losing the extra weight.

Her feed is another good source of fitspiration – from exercise routines and health tips. 



Iza Calzado

Iza Calzado has been an advocate of loving one’s own body since forever. The actress, who openly talks about her struggles with weight, makes sure that she walks the talk. In her social media accounts, she has been sharing her workout routine with trainer Culver Padilla, alongside her pilates sessions.




Gerald Anderson

When it comes to staying fit, Gerald Anderson is the real thing. He does, after all, own his own gym — The 3rd Floor in Quezon City.  He plays basketball, runs, and works out in the gym.




Jake Cuenca

Passionate and intense are just two words to describe Jake Cuenca. Like his friend Gerald Anderson, Jake exercises by running and hitting the weights with his girlfriend, Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa, as well as the other cast members of his show Los Bastardos.





Raymond Gutierrez 

TV host Raymond Gutierrez’s journey has inspired many people and his friends are #goals when it comes to support systems. He keeps himself active and in shape by running. He also works out with his friends which includes Anne Curtis and Isabelle Daza.

Raymond recently joined YouTube vlogger Wil Dasovich and couple Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico in a marathon for one of their endorsements.

Fitness is definitely a priority for Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico. Solenn has even written a book, Hot Sos, about her journey to staying fit.

Like her friends Georgina Wilson, Isabelle Daza and sister-in-law Anne Curtis, she also mixes up her work outs – running, aerobics, yoga, boxing, muay thai, are among her go-tos.





Like his wife, Nico is also serious about staying fit and healthy. Aside from going to the gym, he also plays football, walks their dog Pochola (she’s a handful), and runs among other activities.
