MANILA, Philippines – On June 17, Miss Universe 2011 3rd runner-up Shamcey Supsup shared her engagement video on her Twitter account, saying, “My love will never fail you.”
Her message was, of course, directed to boyfriend of two years and now fiance Lloyd Lee.

The couple held a Chinese engagement party at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel last June 16, the same day they celebrated their second year anniversary:
