[Mother’s Day] A break from cooking

MANILA, Philippines — She’s my mom and Yca’s (my daughter) mommy, too.

She took care of us, her two babies, even though I was the one who gave birth to my daughter. She loves us equally — but, sometimes, my daughter gets more. 

She cooks the BEST meals and still has time to pose for a picture (Yca took our picture!).

She was a government employee for 35 years at the Department of Science and Technology and the Best Mom for 32.

We love you Mommy, Mom, Ma!
