Eva Psychee Patalinjug of Cebu City was declared Mutya ng Pilipinas-Asia Pacific International. Gleniffer Perido representing the Cordillera region won the title of Mutya ng Pilipinas-Tourism International. Patrizia Bosco representing the community of Milan was given the title Mutya ng Pilpinas-Overseas Communities.

The winners were crowned by outgoing Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International 2013 Koreen Medina and Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism International Angeli Dione Gomez.

Prior to the pageant night, the organizers named winners of the special awards during the pre-pageant activities held at the Sheridan Resort in Palawan, and Nueva Ecija.
