Half-bacon burgers, green tea overload milkshakes, Pancit Canton with pulled pork, bacon, and egg – here's what you can eat at Pazar Food Park

MANILA, Philippines – Food parks have been opening up all over the Metro, and among the newest is Pazar, serving up all kinds of food to the students and residents at Fairview, Quezon City.

Pazar, which means “market” in Turkish, opened in August, and is owned by Nathaniel Mounayer, the man behind Meshwe, the Lebanese food stall in Z Compound along Malingap Street.

Of course, Meshwe has a place in Pazar, but it’s also joined by 9 other stalls in the shaded open area, all offering a mix of food park favorites. Another one is set to open soon too, for a total of 11 stalls.

Here’s a look at what we tried at Pazar during our visit.

If you’re looking for a place to get your shawarma fix, try Meshwe’s chicken shawarma platter (P180) or beef shawarma wrap (P100). Their Arabic fries (P50) go great with the garlic sauce, too.
