Rissa Silva, co-owner of Raclette Manila, said she and her partner were inspired by Raclette NYC, after trying out the New York restaurant by Manila-born Edgar Villongco.
Raclette Manila is hoping to expand to weekend markets and catering for events too, but for now, their pop-up stall is only open until October 31.
