If you're looking for authentic Indian cusine, try Tiffin. Check out the roti/paratha, India's flatbread (P120 for 2 pieces) and prawn marsala (P420), shrimp in Indian spiced onion and tomato gravy. We liked it because it was spiced just right.
From India, we were treated to an Italian-Filipino delight with the sisig pizza (P 340) from Al Dente.
From Italy, we were treated to Parilla's open pit peri-peri roasted chicken (P280). Choose a peri-peri sauce (spicy and sour) or bbq for the chicken.
The Perfect Four, meanwhile, gives diners the chance to pick their own rice bowls with a combinations of protein, starch, fibre and healthy fat. Their Nasi Lemak (P 290 +) contained nuts, eggs, and cucumber with sambal, a chili paste condiment.
One Bowl Wonder's Japan-Hong Kong offering was the ebi tendon (P245+), which combines, tempura, rice, and vegetables.
For modern Chinese cuisine, the dimsum set (P400+) is a must try from Empress Jade.
The food tour wouldn't be complete without dessert.
At Sucré (french for sugar), we got the chance to have the matcha and mango sago on a thick honey toast (P200 +).
We wrapped up the food tour with The Fountain's ginumis granita (P130). It was perfect to sip on a hot day.
