You can’t really go wrong with a good homemade cheesecake and a cup of coffee, so why not combine both?

Home baker Rosie, owner of Rosie’s Dessert Nook, makes a specialty coffee cheesecake from her kitchen in East Kamias, Quezon City. Her best-selling dessert combines the medium-bodied taste of coffee with the tanginess of a New York-style cheesecake, plus the richness of dark chocolate ganache.

Atop the solid, buttery graham crust is Rosie’s creamy and thick cheesecake base, infused with real espresso, and then topped with a homemade dark chocolate ganache that isn’t too sweet. Everything is balanced, flavor-wise.

Rosie’s coffee cheesecake comes in two sizes: in a 3×8 tin (P530) and an 8×8 tin (P1,030). Pre-orders should be done 2 to 3 days before the pickup date. Rosie’s can accommodate pickups on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays from 8 am to 6 pm.

You can place your orders via Rosie’s Dessert Nook’s Instagram page. – Rappler.com
