Local bakery UBE by Cheese Pandesal adds a twist to the panaderya favorite pianono by serving the classic Filipino sponge cake roll in 4 flavors: ube, strawberry, mocha, and pandan.

UBE’s pianono is soft, pillowy, and moist, and is rolled with a light, sugary cream filling that adds most of the sweetness. The pianono’s different flavors are subtle and mildly sweet, which make for a good merienda pairing to your cup of coffee, or as a kid-friendly snack.

They cost P150 for 12 pieces in a box.
