Kumori launches Cheese Tart Gelato with Manila Creamery

Kumori has combined their signature cheese tart with Manila Creamery’s signature gelato to launch a brand-new ice cream flavor: the Signature Cheese Tart.

This limited edition gelato flavor is a collaboration between the Japan-based pastry shop and the local gelato maker, producing a light, velvety gelato that’s both sweet and savory.

Using a mix of local and imported ingredients, the Signature Cheese Tart Gelato’s dairy base is slow-churned with a sharp white cheddar and cream cheese, topped with the crushed bits of Kumori’s buttery cheese tart crust.
