Century Pacific Food has introduced a new line of 100% plant-based products called unMEAT, suited for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone looking to substitute their usual meals with tasty and textural meat-free alternatives.

unMEAT makes use of just 10 ingredients to produce their non-GMO products, which include a proprietary blend of soy protein, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, wheat, starch, spices, and natural flavors. There are no preservatives, trans fat, and cholesterol either.

Among unMEAT’s range of naturally-sourced, high-protein goods is the 226g burger patties (P135), which are thick and meat-like in texture, and great in between patties, cooked in gravy, or even ground up for pasta sauces (this is what Shakey’s plant-based burgers are made from)!

For a quicker ground beef fix, unMEAT also has 200g giniling (P120), which is their plant-based meat already chopped into bite-sized pieces, perfect for vegan versions of chili, bolognese, arroz ala cubana, and many other dishes.

What about some meat-free chicken? unMEAT’s easy-to-cook, kid-friendly 200g nuggets (P120) are breaded in their own flavorful crumb coating, ready to be pan-fried over a little oil until golden brown and crunchy.

unMEAT also offers their own version of 225g Hungarian sausages (P135) – chunky, juicy, and easy to grill or steam. It’s great with a hotdog bun, with potatoes, with ketchup, mustard, or even as is. Feel free to use it as a hotdog substitute in your soups, stews, or sauces!
