This year, the Matinong Boyfriend flavor features a white cocoa ice cream made with roasted cocoa nibs, resulting in a rich, chocolate-vanilla flavor with a pop of acidity thanks to the blueberry sorbet ribbon. For some crunch, there’s an almond praline crumble. It costs P145 for a scoop and P435 for a pint.

If you’re searching for a Matinong Girlfriend (and a flavor similar to double dutch), check this flavor out – it’s a light nut butter ice cream made with roasted cashews, walnuts, pecans, almonds, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, and hazelnuts blended in to the creamy ice cream. It comes with a butter caramel sauce and candied nuts on top, which seal the deal. The comforting and crunchy variant costs P145 per scoop and P435 per pint.

Craving closure? If you’re into tea-infused ice cream, Sebastian’s new, spice-y flavor won’t disappoint. The pink-brown Closure flavor is made from Noon Chai from the Kashmir region of India. Boiled green tea leaves are added to the cream base and infused with cardamom, clove, cinnamon, and star anise until fragrant. Blended with sugar, milk, and some salt, you’ve got a sweet-savory, strong tea-flavored treat! It costs P145 per scoop and P435 per pint.

If you’ve still got some unresolved issues to sort out, why not try Sebastian’s new ampalaya sorbet flavor? Bitter is better in the unconventional Unresolved Issues flavor, where bits of fresh, candied ampalaya are churned into the milky, sweet base. The ampalaya will definitely make itself known – just like your hugot feels. It costs P100 per scoop and P300 for the pint.
