To celebrate avocado season, Sebastian is offering a classic avocado dream flavor – rich, smooth, creamy, and sweet ice cream, thanks to the condensed milk mixed in. You’ll really taste the fresh avocado used, too.

If you prefer your ice cream with different textures, try out the avocado sans rival flavor – you get the creaminess of the avocado dream flavor, mixed in with crunchy toasted cashews and buttery, chewy wafer pieces from a good sans rival.

Add coffee into the mix and you get Sebastian’s avocado macchiato flavor, where avocado ice cream is swirled in with coffee ice cream, crunchy toasted almonds, and dark chocolate chunks. Sebastian’s aromatic coffee ice cream is made from SGD Coffee’s roasted Sagada custom blend that’s steeped for 13 hours.

Each flavor costs P405 a pint and P135 per scoop.

Sebastian’s also has a new avocado mocha ice cream cake on the menu – a sweet and filling dessert that layers firm, freshly-baked coffee cake with thick avocado ice cream atop a crunchy almond crumb, topped with a mocha-chocolate drizzle. Coffee, chocolate, and avocado together work!

A slice of the avocado mocha ice cream cake costs P155, while a whole 9″ cake costs P1,650. The slices are only available from Sebastian’s The Podium branch.
