IN PHOTOS: Filipino terno competition, Mutya ng Pilipinas 2015

MANILA, Philippines – To promote the the creativity of Filipino designers, the 30 candidates of Mutya ng Pilipinas 2015 wore modern ternos designed by some of the country’s top designers at the the Newport Performing Arts Theater Sunday, August 2.  (IN PHOTOS: Mutya ng Pilipinas 2015 coronation night)

Julee Ann Marie Bourgoin, who represented Cagayan de Oro won the Best in Terno award held last July 28 at the Plaza of Resorts World Manila and Newport Mall.  (FULL LIST: Winners, Mutya ng Pilipinas 2015)

Fast rising star James Reid went on stage to perform a medley of his songs before the terno competition. Singers Ronnie Liang and Mark Bautista also serenaded the ladies during the event.
