Miss PH MJ Lastimosa fails to make it to top 5 of Miss Universe

MANILA, Philippines – The journey is over for Miss Universe Philippines MJ Lastimosa – she failed to make it to the top 5 at the pageant’s coronation night Sunday, January 25 (January 26 in Manila).

She previously made it to the top 15, and then the top 10. 

Following stunning walks from the ladies for both the swimsuit and evening gown portions, the top 5 who would be moving on to the question and answer portion were announced.

The ladies from these countries made it to the top 5:

• USA
• Netherlands
• Ukraine
• Jamaica 
• Colombia

MJ won the national title Miss Universe Philippines during the Bb Pilipinas coronation night last March 2014. It was her third try at the prestigious pageant. – Rappler.com
