MANILA, Philippines – After announcing their latest designer collaboration in May, H&M has released the first photos of the Kenzo x H&M collection.
The colorful photos show young artists and creatives in the fashion label’s signature bright tiger prints on leggings, jacquard knitted sock shaft boots, jeans and rollneck tops.
The pieces, which will be available worldwide on November 3, are also made of cozy, comfortable material – bubblegum pink faux shearling lines a jacket, while the tops are made of jersey. The bright leggings and knit socks are balanced out by leather gloves and jackets in neutral colors.
The artists in these images are SUNU: Journal of African Affairs, Critical Thought + Aesthetics founder Amy Sall, artist, poet, and DJ Juliana Huxtable, makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench, and musician and performance artist Oko Ebombo.

When the collaboration was announced in May through an Instagram video, Humberto Leon, who has been the creative director of Kenzo with Carol Lim since 2011, told H&M Magazine on the collaboration: ”We wanted to really tell the story of the brand and of us. Together with H&M, we will invite all the customers and fans to the real Kenzo world.”
Before Kenzo, Humberto and Carol created Opening Ceremony, a New York-based boutique that has since expanded worldwide and online.
H&M has been collaborating with high-end designers, including Rei Kawakubo and Comme des Garçons in 2008 and Alexander Wang in 2014.
Last year, the Swedish brand that offers affordable fashion collaborated with Balmain on a collection designed by creative director Olivier Rousteing. The campaign photos featured models Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, and Jourdan Dunn.
The Kenzo x H&M collection will be available in selected H&M stores worldwide and online from November 3.
