The evening gown competition for most beauty pageants is as much a chance for the candidate to show off their grace and elegance as it is a showcase of their chosen fashion designer’s skill. 

The 28 finalists of the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 pageant showed off both their skills and chosen designers during the preliminary competition which was taped at Clark in Pampanga and streamed via KTX on Sunday, September 26. 

Here’s the full list of the designers of the gown each candidate wore for the prelims:

A new Miss Universe Philippines will be crowned on September 30, during the pageant finals in Bohol. The finals will be streamed via KTX.

Rabiya Mateo, who represented the Philippines in the Miss Universe 2020 pageant, will be crowning her successor. The next Philippine representative will compete at the Miss Universe 2021 pageant in Israel, which is scheduled for December. –
