The annual festival kicks off with a beautiful display of lights and sounds

MANILA, Philippines – Just a few more weeks to go before Christmas – and it’s time to start decorating your space with beautiful twinkling lights.

The Ayala Triangle Gardens did just that on November 9, when they premiered their annual “Festival of Lights” show. Now on its 5th year, the theme of this year’s festival is “Beats and Hues.”

This year, you can look forward to 3 different light shows set to different kinds of music. You’ll hear big band and jazz music for one of the shows, African drumbeats for another, and electronic dance music for the 3rd.

Ayala Triangle also has light installations set up to replicate 10 of the oldest Philippine churches, designed by Zenas Pineda.

You can check out Ayala Triangle when it fills up with lights and sounds from November 9 to January 3, every 30 minutes from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Aside from the lights, there will also be thanksgiving masses held at the Ayala Triangle Gardens Fountain Area avery 6 pm from December 15 to 23. The Makati Inter High School Christmas Caroling Competition will be held at the Ayala Triangle too, December 17.
