The Prince’s Court

Intercontinental Manila is also known for Prince Albert’s Rotisserie, a fine dining restaurant that’s played host to many famous personalities.

On December 9, Chef Billy King (their Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Director from 1986 to 1988) will take charge of the kitchens. As on December 8, this is limited to 80 persons only. They’ll also have an 8-course set menu ready.

If you want to dine at Prince Albert’s Rotisserie on these nights, it’s P3,800 per person.
