The terrifying zombies of ‘The Walking Dead: Terminus’ horror house at Eastwood

Get ready to run as zombies and cannibals follow you through this year's haunted horror house

MANILA, Philippines – You hear the Terminus Haunted Horror House before you see it – set in the middle of Eastwood Mall, the haunted house draws in crowds with the screams that can be heard from inside.

If it looks familiar once you see it, it’s because Eastwood recreated the deceptively safe haven, Terminus, from The Walking Dead‘s seasons 4 and 5. Last year, Eastwood had a Haunted Horror House too, recreating the prison from the series’ 3rd season.

Eastwood’s Terminus is complete with barricades, fences, wires and warning signs for a convincing zombie– and cannibal-infested train station. (READ: Former ‘zombie werewolf’ shows you how to turn yourself into a zombie)

The Walking Dead: Terminus Haunted Horror House is open from October 30 to November 10 at 6 pm onwards at Eastwood Central Plaza.

Each person can get in for P150, but keep in mind that kids 13 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult.

You’ll see a long queue outside too, and if you’re lining up to get in, the screams add to the tension while you’re waiting.

Once you get past the dismembered body parts hanging from the attraction’s entrance, the Horror House is a 5 to 10 minute walk, depending on how brave you are. Some people were afraid to get in too, so it took a while.

Inside, zombies (or Walkers, if you’re familiar with the series) and the cannibals that Terminus is known for will be at your heels, surprising you, and even following you around, as you try to find your way out.

The main attraction at Terminus, though, is the hallway between two jail cells that visitors have to walk through. As zombies reach between the bars to grab you, a photographer at the end of the hall will snap a picture of the look on your face.

If there’s one bad thing about Terminus though, it’s that the thrilling walk ends too soon – you’ll be craving more zombie-induced scares as soon as you get out.
