MANILA, Philippines - The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) conducted the nationwide simultaneous earthquake drill for the second time in 2015 to raise the public's awareness on earthquake preparedness.
The exercises also tested different government agencies' capacities to respond to major earthquake scenarios.
