#FloodPH: Warning for Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga
MANILA, Philippines – The Pampanga River Basin and its allied river systems experienced 13.9 millimeter of rainfall in the past 24 hours due to Typhoon Lando (Koppu), state weather bureau PAGASA said on Tuesday, October 20.
Another 20mm is expected to fall upon the area.
Residents of the following locations are especially cautioned to be prepared for water levels to continue slowly rising. The possibility of continued flooding in these areas persists:
- San Luis
- San Simon
- Candaba (Pampanga)
- San Miguel
- San Ildefonso (Bulacan)
- Riverside areas along Angat river
While water levels are generally expected to slowly recede in the follow locations, residents are still reminded to remain alert to the possibility of persistent floods.
Flooding is expected to remain in low-lying riverside areas of the following:
- Palayan City
- Gen. Natividad (Nueva Ecija)
- Sta. Rosa
- Cabanatuan City
- San Leonardo
- San Isidro
- San Antonio
