Agos is a collaborative platform that combines top-down government action with bottom-up civic engagement to help communities learn about climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction. The project harnesses technology and social media to ensure critical information flows to those who need it before, during, and after a disaster.

Have you got any thoughts on how we can improve how our country prepares for and responds to disasters? Post your ideas here and let the public discuss or debate over the merits of your idea. Explain your ideas further by adding images, diagrams, infographics. (The system currently supports image files). Vote up ideas and arguments you like best and watch the best suggestions rise to the top of the heap.
