MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) group and Globe Telecom Inc. announced on Wednesday, November 27 they would need till the end of the year to complete the restoration of services in provinces affected by Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan).
