MANILA, Philippines – Calls for help have mounted as Typhoon “Pablo” triggered flash floods in various areas in Mindanao and the Visayas Tuesday, December 4.

As of 10:30pm, December 4: “I called my family there and my cousin told me that 4 houses were washed away while the rest were damaged. The water has reached the roads which is is now impassible. Residents have evacuated and found shelter at the Patrocinio de Maria church.” – Daryl Mae Getubig
As of 10:54pm, December 4: “My brother called it ‘doomsday.’ I don’t now where my brothers are staying right now. Our house is roofless, so are other houses. People are panic-buying.
